One of our dentists will custom make trays to whiten your smile during the day. For optimal results this treatment takes two weeks, wearing it once a day for 30 minutes.

It is important to note that you should not eat, drink or smoke while you’re wearing these trays. The area of your teeth that is closest to your gums will take longer to whiten than the rest of the teeth.

It is also important that you avoid foods and drink such as red wine, curry, tea, coffee, red coloured pastas for the whole two weeks that you are whitening your teeth.
